Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy

Each TinkerPop Studio order is prepared and packaged with care. Because our plaster figurines are individually hand-poured, small air bubbles, pinholes, slight texture differences, and other minor imperfections may naturally occur. These variations make every piece unique and are not considered damage or defects.

Processing and Shipping

Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days. Processing may take longer during holidays, product launches, or periods of high order volume.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information.

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed, and carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control may occur.

Shipping Addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed or the package redirected. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

Local Pickup

Local pickup in Macomb, Illinois may be available when selected at checkout. You will be contacted when your order is ready. Please wait for confirmation before arriving for pickup.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking information has not updated for 7 business days or your package appears to be lost, please contact us. We will help review the tracking information and work with the shipping carrier when appropriate.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is broken during shipping, significantly defective, missing supplies, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of:

• The damaged or incorrect item

• The product packaging

• The shipping box

After reviewing the claim, we may offer a replacement or refund. Small bubbles, pinholes, surface variations, and other normal characteristics of hand-poured plaster are not considered damage or defects.

Returns

We accept returns of unopened and unused paint kits within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending an item back.

To qualify for a return:

• The kit must be unopened and unused.

• It must be returned in its original packaging.

• All figurines, paints, brushes, aprons, and other included supplies must be present.

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Opened, used, or incomplete kits cannot be returned. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled for a full refund before they have been prepared or shipped. Once an order has shipped, the regular return policy applies.
